A secure connection to your on-premise database feeds the rule engine patient data. It is never stored in the cloud.

Privacy and Data Security

We ensure that patient data remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized parties. Data is interpreted on premises and never leaves your enterprise. This is facilitated by our Companion application, which collaborates with the browser extension. We employ end-to-end encryption (E2EE) during data transmission and storage, as well as confidential computing techniques.

With confidential computing, client data is processed within a secure enclave, ensuring that neither CoApp nor any other entity can observe the data exchanged between your database server and the CoApp browser extension. This means that CoApp can process client data securely without ever accessing or viewing the actual data being processed.
